Each BiCell Blue image provides a panoramic view of whole tissue section, which is made up of a few thousands of microscopic images that are stitched together.

Viewers can use any web-browser to zoom in and out to examine the fine details of protein expression and localization at sub-micron resolution. Viewers can also take snapshot picture of the cellular or subcellular region that contains vital information.

Customers must sign up a plan in order to view the image library. There is no limit to the number of images that can be viewed by each customer.

Academic non-profit users can re-use BiCell Blue's data for free after applying for copyright permission from us. Academic non-profit users must cite "BiCell Blue" in their published works that use any form of BiCell Blue's data.

Commercial for-profit users can re-use BiCell Blue's data after paying for copyright transfer fee. Commercial for-profit users must cite "BiCell Blue" in their published works that use any form of BiCell Blue's data.

Custom slide digitizing membership allocates a private folder on BiCell Blue cloud for each registered customer. Customer can either send immunostained slides to BiCell Blue and ask BiCell Blue to scan the slides into digital images or send fixed tissue samples to BiCell Blue and ask BiCell Blue to immunostain the tissues and scan the tissue slides into digital images.  These digital images are then placed into the private folder of the customer. Customer can access these images anywhere, anytime and from any device.

The first 10 images are free. BiCell Blue only charges a monthly fee to maintain customer's images. BiCell Blue doesn't charge a fee to immunostain customer's tissue samples or to scan customer's slides. The image quality that custom slide digitizing membership provides is the same as BiCell Blue's image library.

Because each image is over 2GB in size, the time needed for buffering depends upon the download speed in your area. Please allow the webpage to buffer long enough until you can see crystal clear image.

We recommend using desktop computers over mobile devices to view BiCell Blue images. Each image can be magnified by up to 9 steps. We also recommend using 4K-5K display to view BiCell Blue images. All images have been optimized for HiDPI/Retina display setting.

If you subscribe a monthly plan, we will cancel your payment plan immediately but you can still view the images until the end of month.
