FFPE section of C57BL/6 small intestine was labeled with Claudin-15 monoclonal antibody (Green).
Experimental condition: Mouse intestine was fixed with formalin and embedded with paraffin. Paraffin sections were hydrated and treated with antigen retrieval buffer. Primary and secondary antibodies were incubated with the fixed section in the presence of fetal bovine serum and Tween-20.
