Experimental condition: Mouse brain was fixed with formalin and embedded with paraffin. Paraffin sections were hydrated and treated with antigen retrieval buffer. Primary and secondary antibodies were incubated with the fixed section in the presence of fetal bovine serum and Tween-20.
